Air quality in Delhi improves a bit due to strong winds

Odd-even scheme came to end in national capital. Even though air quality in Delhi improved significantly due to strong winds, a layer of smog was observed at ITO area on Nov 18.
As per the Air Quality Index (AQI) data by Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), air quality at ITO was recorded at 215, which is in 'Poor' category this morning.
Though, according to Air Quality Index (AQI), major pollutants in Delhi’s Lodhi Road were PM 2.5 at 188 in 'moderate' category and PM 10 at 174 in 'moderate' category.
Meanwhile, schools in Delhi-NCR also reopened today. All schools in Delhi-NCR were closed on Nov 14-15 due to rise in pollution levels.
