S. Korea, U.S. to hold talks in Seoul on economic issues

A number of Seoul, Washington talks get underway in Seoul today.
Economic cooperation talks between South Korea and the U.S. are set to kick off in the South Korean capital in the coming hours.
Second Vice Foreign Minister Lee Tae-ho will sit down with Keith Krach, undersecretary on economic affairs from the U.S. State Department.
They will discuss ways to bolster economic ties, South Korea's New Southern Policy,... as well as cooperation with Indo-Pacific countries.
They're expected to sign a joint statement based on the result of their talks.
Issues surrounding Chinese tech giant Huawei are also on the agenda amid the trade spat between the U.S. and China.
The meeting is fourth of its kind since it was first held back in 2015.
