A fasting blood sugar ABOVE 126 mg/dL (7 mmol/L) means that you probably have diabetes.
Follow these tips:

1. Eat a healthy diet. Low in sugar and low in fat. Lose weight.
2. Engage in moderate exercise, but take care of your feet.
3. Check your blood sugar twice a week.
4. Consult your doctor regularly for medications, if needed.
