Methi thaal kabab:

Ingredients

Beef mince ½ kg
Fried onion ½ cup
Onion 1
Green chilies 2
Ginger garlic 2tsp
Red chili powder 2tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Egg 1
Fenugreek 250gm
Tomatoes 250gm
Chaat masala 1tsp
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Oil 1cup
Green chilies 2
All spice 1tsp
Coriander ½ bunch

Method
In a blender add mince, onion raw & fried onion, green chilies, ginger garlic, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt now blend well , then add egg mix well give shape of kabab .now heat oil fry kababs , now add fenugreek , tomatoes, coriander , lemon juice , chaat masala and green chilies cover and cook .lastly sprinkle all spice simmer and serve.


Besan ka salan:

Ingredients for mixture

Gram flour 1-1/2 cup
Coriander ½ bunch
Green chilies 4
Red chilies 1tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
All spice ½ tsp
Oil 4tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Ingredients for gravy
Mustard seeds 2tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Onion chopped 1
Yogurt 1cup
Whole spice 1tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Tomatoes ground 1cup
Asafetida ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Coriander as required
Green chilies as required
Salt 1tsp

Method
To make a gram flour mixture add all the ingredients in a bowl with a glass of water , now heat oil and roast the gram flour mixture , when it gets thick add this mixture in a grease dish .for gravy heat oil in a pan add mustard and cumin roast it , now add onion and roast, then add yogurt , spices and tomatoes, now add the gram flour mixture bring it to boil and cook 15 to 20 min , lastly sprinkle green chilies and coriander and serve .
