00:00 Hi friends, welcome to Plain Kaas Kitchen. Today we are going to make healthy and tasty Aloo Methi. It is very easy and healthy. Come let's make it.
00:27 For Aloo Methi, we need 1 medium sized onion, 10 garlic cloves, 2 whole red chillies, 2 potatoes and 1 bunch of fenugreek leaves.
00:42 In a pan, add 2 tbsp mustard oil, garlic, red chillies, chopped onion, potatoes and fry them.
01:11 Fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
01:16 Add salt as per taste.
01:26 Add chopped fenugreek leaves.
01:41 Fry for 2 minutes.
01:47 Add salt as per taste.
01:54 Fry for 2 minutes.
02:03 After 3 to 4 minutes, open the lid and check.
02:10 Potatoes are cooked well. Turn off the gas.
