Bajray ki Tikya

Ingredients:

Millet Flour 250 gm
Mince (boiled) 250 gm
Potatoes (boiled) 2
Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Black Pepper (chopped) 2 tsp
Salt 1tsp
Red Chili (crushed) 2tsp
Cardamom Seeds ½ tsp
Desiccated Coconut 2 tsp
Eggs 2
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp
Spring Onion 250 gm
Green Chilies 6
All spice 1 tsp
Pomegranate Seeds 2 tbsp
Mint leaves ½ bunch
Oil for frying

Method:
Fry millet flour and take it out .Now add all ingredients mix and make kabab. Fry it. Bajaray ki Tikyan are ready to serve.


Chicken wings rice :

Ingredients
Chicken wings 8
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Garlic paste ½ tsp
Corn flour ½ cup
Egg 1
Oil as required
Ingredients for hot sauce:
Hot chili sauce 4 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 2 tsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Butter 4 tbsp
Tomato paste 4 tbsp
Green chilies paste 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Ingredients for rice:
Rice (soaked) ½ kg
Black pepper 1 tsp
Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Spring onion 1 cup
Garlic 1tsp
Water 2 cup
Method:
Marinate chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, corn flour, egg and leave it half an hour.In a pan, heat oil and fry.For making hot sauce, in separate heat butter add chopped garlic and fry.When aroma comes, add lemon juice, hot chili sauce, tomato paste, green chili paste, salt and cook for 1 minute.
Then add finely chopped garlic and mix.

Tamatar aur chanay ki salad:

Ingredients

Tomatoes 2
Boiled chickpeas 250 gm
Onion 2
Parsley 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Roasted cumin 2 tsp
Red chili 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Mint leaves 1 cup
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Method
Cut vegetables. Now in a bowl mix vinegar, red chili, salt, oil, lemon juice, garlic and black pepper. Then add this in vegetables also add chickpeas and mix. Then add parsley and serve.
