Today's ON THE SCENE is extra special as we will take you to a foreign country for a spectacular event. We went to the 11th Korea-Japan Festival held at Hibiya Park in Tokyo, Japan.
The Korea-Japan Festival began in 2005 to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between South Korea and Japan. This festival is held in Seoul and in Tokyo so we'll take you to Japan right now!
