Resha Kabab:
Ingredients:
Beef 250 grams
Water 3 cups
Coriander chopped 1/2 bunch
Green chilies 6 to 8
Garlic 4 to 5 cloves
Ginger 1 piece
Soya sauce 3 tbsp
Chili sauce 3 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ingredients for Kabab
Boiled and grated potatoes 3
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Chopped coriander 3 tbsp
Chopped green chilies 1 tsp
Crushed fried onion 3 tbsp
Ingredients for Coating:
Eggs beaten 2
Crushed vermicelli 1 cup


METHOD:

Make paste of garlic coriander and green chilies. Add ready paste in meat along with soya sauce, chili sauce, salt, pepper, chicken powder and water. Cook till beef is tender.
Mix boiled potatoes with fried onion. Add chopped green chilies and chopped coriander mix well. Form into kabab coat with egg then crushed vermicelli. Fry in hot oil. Remove and serve.

Numkeen Chaaj:
Ingredients:
Yogurt (beaten) 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Grated ginger 1 inch piece
Black salt as required
Salt as required
Mint leaves 8-10 pieces
Ground and roasted cumin as required
Ice cubes as required

Method:
Blend yogurt and water. Add rest of the ingredients whisk together. Pour into glass sprinkle cumin powder, enjoy.

Mocha Delight:
Ingredients
Biscuits crushed 2 packets
Condensed milk 1 tin
Cream 1 packet
Unsalted butter 200 grams
Sifted cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Coffee powder 1 tsp
Chopped walnuts as required
Method:
Beat cream well. Add condensed milk butter (room temperature) coco powder coffee powder n mix all together. In the end add crushed biscuits n walnuts chopped.
Pour in a bowl.
To decorate sprinkle some walnuts and crushed biscuits on top.


Dahi Duhan Gosht with Dahi wale Parathay:
Ingredients:
Mutton cubes 1 kg
Onion slices 4
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 250 grams
Coal to smoke
Onion slices as required
Ingredients for Dahi Wale Parathay:
Flour 1 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Yogurt 1cup
Milk 1 cup
Water as required
Oil as required
Method:
Heat oil fry, onion till the golden brown. Add meat ginger garlic paste fry till water is reduced. Add chili powder, turmeric powder, all spice powder and salt cook till oil sepa
