Mohd Faisal Abdur Rani wears many hats as an environmental activist.

He is a Trash Hero Malaysia volunteer leader, a co-founder of a social enterprise and practises a zero-waste lifestyle.

For his efforts, Mohd Faisal is recognised as one of the 10 winners of Star Golden Hearts Award 2019, an annual award that celebrates everyday Malaysian unsung heroes
