Today I am going to teach you how to prepare chocolate truffle cream, a very easy preparation with which you can fill sponge cakes, cakes, puff pastries, profetiroles... Or to eat them by the spoonful, which is delicious!

You have to take into account two very important things to whip the cream so that it does not curdle.

The first, keep the cream in the refrigerator at least 24 hours and second, keep the container where it is going to be whipped very cold.

To prepare this chocolate truffle cream you will need:

- 200 ml. (6,76 fl. oz.) of cream with 35% fat

- 40 gr. (1,40 oz.) of sugar

- 20 gr. (0,70 oz.) of cocoa powder

To prepare this chocolate truffle cream you must follow the next steps:

- Mix the cream with the sugar and cocoa powder.

- Whip with electric beater until the mixture is thick enough to maintain the shape.
