A high rep, bodyweight and dumbbell double team workout for when you need a quick fix or a fast finisher.

Choose a challenging weight that will push you right up to the last rep, when you can perform all rounds unbroken, you’ll know you’re ready for a bigger set of ‘bells.

Perform 25-20-15-10-5 reps of-
•Push-ups
•Thrusters

Complete all reps of each round before switching exercises, even if it means resting for a beat.

The trick? Don’t blast through the push-ups, use them to breathe and recover, coming back fresh for your next round of thrusters
