문 대통령 6일까지 장관 후보자 인사청문경과 보고서 재송부 요청

President Moon Jae-in asked parliament to send reports on the confirmation hearings for his six minister nominees by Friday.
Hearings have been held for all except for Cho Kuk.
According to the president's senior secretary for public communication, the South Korean leader wants to go ahead and appoint them soon after returning from his overseas trip this Friday.
The hearing for the justice minister nominee could not be held due to corruption allegations surrounding Cho and his family.
Adopting a report after a confirmation hearing is parliament's way of expressing approval of the president's nominees, but it's not legally required.
Under the current administration, 16 high-level officials have been appointed without one.
