The person suffering from social anxiety is afraid of being judged by others. They also suffer from physical symptoms that may cause them more embarrassment such as blushing, trembling and a shaky voice. Social Phobia arises from a significant event of either genetical or environmental factors such as family problems, negative experiences in childhood, etc. Social Anxiety Disorder symptoms may change over a period of time. They may flare up if a person is under a lot of stress! Social Anxiety Disorder is a fully treatable condition that can be overcome with either therapy, medication or proper emotional support.
