A Taguig court has issued an arrest warrant against businessman Cedric Lee, model Deniece Cornejo and three others in connection with the serious illegal detention complaint filed by actor-host Vhong Navarro. Serious illegal detention is a non-bailable offense. -- ANC, April 21, 2014
