A magnitude 4.5 earthquake jolted Luzon island, including Metro Manila, on Wednesday evening, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said. The quake struck at 10:46 p.m. Its epicenter was located 4 kilometers southwest of San Quintin, Pangasinan. The following intensities were felt: Intensity III - Caloocan City; Mandaluyong City; Dagupan City; Baguio City; Binalonan, Pangasinan Intensity II - Quezon City; Pasig City; Taguig City; Pasay City; Gapan City; Cabanatuan City; Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija; Baler Aurora; Palayan City Intensity I - Lucban, Quezon - Umagang Kay Ganda, 19 December 2013
