Power still out in entire northern Iloilo

Northern Iloilo is still without electricity after suffering from the onslaught of super typhoon "Yolanda." More than P1 million worth of damage to fishponds was also reported in Capiz, forcing fishermen to harvest their seafood products earlier than expected. Meanwhile, major roads from Iloilo to Capiz are now passable. However, some roads are still impassable because of debris and fallen trees and electric posts.
