MANILA - Clearing operations are underway in Iloilo City and surrounding after the devastation brought by super typhoon "Yolanda." A report by ABS-CBN correspondent Kenneth Ladigohon said the road from Iloilo City to Roxas City, Capiz is now passable. The Caticlan jetty port is also operational. At least 142 people were killed in Iloilo City while 20 more remain missing. ANC HEADSTART, November 12, 2013
