CCTV catches P1-M payroll heist

A closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera caught a robbery incident at the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) office in Daet, Camarines Norte last October 24. The CCTV footage shows one man blocking DPWH employee and then forcibly taking her bag containing over P1 million in payroll money. The police have already identified the suspect behind the incident but refused to reveal his name. - Umagang Kay Ganda, 6 November 2013
