Video: Stinking waterworld in flooded PH

MANILA - Netizens and several ABS-CBN colleagues are still posting photos of the flooding situation in their respective areas. Alcuin Papa said floods in Alon, Marcos Highway near Golden Meadows Village is already half-tire level. He added that the water stinks.
