FBI Investigating Garlic Festival Shooting As Domestic Terrorism

Authorities say the 19-year-old Gilroy Garlic Festival gunman had a "target list" made up of religious institutions and political groups. The FBI says the list also included federal buildings and courthouses, CNN reports. Because of threats to institutions nationwide, the FBI is opening a domestic terrorist investigation into the shooting. The gunman was shot multiple times by three police officers, and he then killed himself with a self-inflicted gunshot.
