Dairy and Your Menstrual Cycle and Female Hormone

In this video, we’re going to talk about dairy and your menstrual cycle. We’re going to cover why dairy is one of the foods to avoid while on your menstrual cycle, and what to choose while on your period instead.

Dairy products like milk, cheese, and yogurt can potentially create a big problem with the menstrual cycle.

The main problem with having dairy while on your period is the massive amount of estrogen you’re taking by consuming dairy products. Most of us already have too much estrogen. Even a lot of different pesticides mimic estrogen. If you already have too much estrogen, and then you’re consuming a product with hormones, it could create some issues.

If you’re having problems with hormones, you may want to try avoiding dairy for a while to see if that’s the culprit.

Taking too much estrogen can affect the:

• Ovary
• Uterus
• Breast tissue
• The male prostate

If you’re going to consume dairy, choose grass-fed organic sheep or goat dairy.

A few other issues with consuming dairy:

• Lactose intolerance
• Casein allergy
• A1 Protein
• GMO Cow Feed
