The nuclear envoys of Seoul and Washington are in Bangkok as well,... accompanying their foreign ministers, and they met on Wednesday afternoon.
South Korea's foreign affairs ministry says the two exchanged their views on the latest missile test by North Korea.
They then reportedly agreed that the most important thing is to resume working-level talks with the North soon, and discussed diplomatic efforts to do so.
