I ordered t-shirts and trophies for a science fiction convention. The t-shirts were high quality and very well produced (our logo had lots of thin lines in it). It was my first time running a convention, so our salesperson spent significant time helping me make decisions and giving me good advice. The trophies he helped us pick out were beautiful and priced within our limited budget. All was going well until two days before the convention. The trophies were scheduled to arrive by Wednesday for the Sunday banquet, but something went wrong. The scheduled delivery was now Monday, a day too late. Things go wrong sometimes, but the real indicator of a company's quality, in my opinion, isn't the problem, but the solution. Rather than let us down with an award-less banquet, this company re-engraved all eight glass trophies in a day and overnighted them to us. By Friday mid-afternoon, the trophies were in our hands (they looked great) and the presentation went off without a hitch. That's not good service, it's great service. Thanks.
