Today I am going to teach you how to prepare a sweet black pudding, but it is not about sausages stuffed in sugar or anything like that, it´s about making some cacao biscuits that look a lot like rice puddings.

It is a very simple and quick recipe to make, if you have children at home, I am sure they have a lot of fun helping you prepare these cookies.

There are other recipes similar to this one, like for example, the chocolate fuet, but if you don't pay attention to it, you could confuse it with the real meat fuet (a kind of sausage).

With the ingredients I recommend in this recipe you can prepare about sixteen of these interesting cookies.

To prepare this sweet black pudding you will need:

- 150 gr. (5,29 oz) of cookies

- 100 gr. (3,52 oz) of butter

- 100 gr. (3,52 oz) of cocoa powder

- 50 gr. (1,76 oz) of sugar

- 1 egg

- 1 tablespoon of brandy

To prepare this sweet black pudding you must follow the next steps:

- Melt the butter.

- Crush the cookies with a rolling pin until you get small pieces.

- Beat the egg with sugar and brandy.

- Add butter and cocoa powder and mix well.

- Add the cookies and stir until you get a dough.

- Place a piece of plastic wrap on the work table and put the dough on top.

- Roll the dough into a cylinder shape.

- Cool in the fridge for 4 hours or until it has completely solidified.

- Cut the cylinder into slices.

- Heat the slices of sweet black pudding at 180ºC (356ºF) for 10-12 minutes.
