'Dad Bod' Is Sexy, Study Says Men may be bringing sexy back with the "dad bod." The study was conducted by Planet Fitness
for the third consecutive year. More than 23 million men say
they have a "dad bod." 71% of men think there is universal acceptance
of the "dad bod," up from 63% last year. 79% of men who identify with having a "dad bod"
say they are happy with their body. Only 64% of men with a "dad bod" were happy with it in 2018. Almost 80% of people believe that a "dad bod"
is a sign of having confidence in your own skin.
