Skype for Business - IGLTA case study

The International Gay and Lesbian Travel Association will celebrate its 25th anniversary this year. IGLTA’s European Ambassador Carlos Kytka, uses his seven languages – Portuguese, German, Spanish, Italian, French and Japanese – to offer travel information and advice to enquirers. Introducing Skype to both IGLTA colleagues and clients was one of the first actions Carlos took in his new role. He finds Skype a cheap and effective way to communicate internationally.
