Datuk Seri surrenders to cops to help investigations into nightclub riot

Datuk Seri Liow Soon Hee has surrendered to police to help with investigations into rioting at an entertainment outlet in Jalan Klang Lama.
Liow is the same Datuk Seri who was charged with three counts of causing grievous hurt to two Rela volunteers in 2017.
Kuala Lumpur Deputy CID chief Asst Comm Alzafny Ahmad said Liow surrendered at the Brickfields police headquarters at around 3pm Friday.
Police took his statement and interrogated him before releasing him on bail.
Asst Comm Alzafny said police are still tracking down several other witnesses and suspects connected to the case.
