The U.S. recently seized a North Korean cargo ship for illegally shipping coal, but it seems the North is still trying to evade the international sanctions on those shipments.
Analyzing satellite images,... Voice of America reports that.... two large cargo ships were seen Sunday at North Korea's Nampo Port, one of the regime's main coal-loading docks.
By Tuesday, they were gone.
The report says.... at least seven cargo ships have come in and out of Nampo between April 16th and May 14th.
The Panel of Experts at the UN Security Council reports that despite the sanctions, North Korea has increased the number of ship-to-ship transfers of coal and oil.
