Bathrooms are envisaged as clean, pristine and sterile environments which we often try to make shine. But like other parts of your home, they're susceptible to an accumulation of all sorts of filth. And dealing with it is sometimes filthy business. But this chore can be simplified through the use of these following tricks 1. Use a microfibre cloth to quickly gather dust and dirt 2. Go over the floors and wider spaces with a vacuum cleaner 3. Use bleach and a brush to disinfect the toilet, then make it sparkle by pouring a small cup of mouthwash into the bowl and flushing after 15min 4. Baking soda's a useful ingredient for mould and grime that stick to the edges of the bath and sink. Mix this with hydrogen peroxide, white vinegar or water 5. For the grout which can build up between tiles, the same mixture can be applied and scrubbed in with a toothbrush 6. Rusty regions around plug holes can be treated with an equal mix of borax and lemon juice 7. Water marks on glass doors and mirrors could be removed with a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar
