The Glitter Band are a British glam rock band, who started out as a backing band for Gary Glitter from 1973. They then began as a group in their own right and they went on to achieve seven UK Top 20 hits in the 1970s..
"Angel Face" was their first single in 1974. It wesnt to number 4 in the UK Singles chart
