Are the Antarctic's Emperor penguins disappearing?

Conservation experts at the British Antarctic Survey say that normally around eight percent of the world population of emperor penguins breeds in Halley Bay. A recent study found that in 2016 and 2017, there was no breeding in Halley Bay and last year there was only a little.
