When you decoded the Tinyurl link, it came out to: tinyurl.com/7grandtruth , and linked to a Pastebin file which told you to send a message to the Enlightened Rhombus, and told you to say that you wanted to "ascend".
The original YouTube video was taken down by ABS-CBN Corporation, the creators of The Nutshack.
The YouTube video was originally set to unlisted, but this Dailymotion version will be public so everyone can watch it.
