MP's or judges decide for India?

Who chooses those who judge us? In a historic Judgement today a 5 member constitution bench of the Supreme Court dealt a body blow to judicial reform via interference from the executive. In other words - only judges will continue to appoint brother judges through the 20 year old collegiums system. The national judicial appointments act - which envisaged executive over lordship via the presence of the law minister & veto to two 'eminent persons' on the selection body.
