Nation at 9: After so much acrimony would granting OROP be seen as an honor or a role?

The OROP war is drawing to a close. After 74 days of persistent protests by the veterans, the government is finally seem to be conceding and a breakthrough is in sight. The government is in hectic back channels talks with the veterans and while the veterans have threatened to boycott the Shaurya Divas tomorrow, they also seem optimistic that the government will fulfill their demands.
