UTTAR PRADESH: In a shocking and shameful incident of dowry, a 34-year-old man allegedly chopped off his wife’s hair and nose in Puranpur town of Pilibhit district in Uttar Pradesh.
The incident occurred when Alam cut off his wife Rubina’s hair and nose with a pair of scissors after he failed to get his dowry demands.
