Daughter stopped from carrying mobile, mother beats up school staff

A woman allegedly beat up the director of a school in Jalandhar after her daughter was stopped from carrying a mobile phone by the latter, police said on Thursday.

Following a complaint, police have registered an FIR against Taranjit Kaur and investiging the matter.
