Election Commission on Tuesday issued notice to AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal for instigating public to take bribes from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Congress.
The notice was sent on a complaint from Congress Legal Department Secretary KC Mittal alleging deliberately and intentionally instigaing the public during a public rally on January 18 at Uttam Nagar.
Kejriwal on Sunday stirred a controversy by asking voters to take money from both the parties but vote for AAP in the Delhi Assembly elections.
