Noida: 18 year old ragged and molested

Three students of a private film and media studies institute in Noida have been booked under the anti-ragging act after a junior accused them of thrashing, torturing and trying to sexually abuse him in his hostel.
The victim, an 18-year-old from Karnal in Haryana, said the trio also recorded an MMS clip of the assault, which took place on the night of April 15. He lodged a police complaint two days later, on April 17, after he narrated his ordeal to his father.
