Releasing Manifesto on the polling day is an offence according to us, says KC Mittal

Shortly after the BJP released its 2014 Lok Sabha manifesto, which promises to end policy paralysis, corruption and tax terrorism, the ruling Congress on Monday lodged a formal complaint to the Election Commission over the timing of its release.
According to reports, the complaint was lodged by Congress secretary KC Mittal, who went to poll panel office and said that the release of BJP's election manifesto on the first day of the first phase of Lok Sabha polls is a gross violation of model code of conduct.
