Nitish Kumar is not the PM candidate: KC Tyagi

Nitish Kumar could be given responsibility, decision making power for election campaign for upcoming Lok Sabha and assembly elections. However, JDU's veteran leader Manmal Sony "Manu", who is also National returning officer of the JDU says that Nitish and Sharad Kumar both should be given responsibility of decision making. Secretary General, K.C. Tyagi, says Nitish is not a prime ministerial candidate.
