More shame for India, iIf the rape of a tourist in our country wasn't bad enough, the indifferent Madhya Pradesh Govt has added insult to injuries by indirectly blaming the victim for her rape. Madhya Pradesh Home Minister said that the Swiss tourist who along with her husband was on a cycling trip from Mumbai to Agra should have informed the local police station about their travel plans, so that accordingly security arrangements could have been made for them.
