Delhi gangrape: Sheila blames PM for not acting swiftly

Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit seemingly blaming the Prime Minister over the handling of the horrific Delhi gang rape has created a fresh storm. Speaking to a TV channel, Dikshit rejected suggestions that the government did not act swiftly to control the situation after the gangrape was reported and the public anger it caused.
