Training aircraft makes an emergency landing near Lucknow

A training aircraft on its way to Fursatganj aviation academy in Rae Bareli from Ranchi had to make an emergency landing in an agriculture field after its engine developed some technical problem. There were also reports that the aircraft fell short of fuel, forcing it to make an emergency landing.
District magistrate Aditi Singh said both pilots Niranjan Kumar Chaubey and his associate Sunil Kumar were safe. "The aircraft made emergency landing in the usar field of Deeh area," Singh said.
