RS nominations strain alliances- NewsX

Rajya sabha nominations are putting a strain on the alliances in both the UPA and the NDA. In Bengal both the TMC and the Congress are putting up candidates on the same seat. While in Bihar the BJP is reportedly backing down on its claim for a 6th seat.
