With the ruling BSP bracing up for the Assembly polls and Chief Minister Mayawati's birthday today, the associated hype and hoopla is conspicuously missing this time round . Not only is the festivity seen around last year missing now as the Election Commission watches closely, Mayawati is unlikely to breach the Moral Code of Conduct in place by announcing projects on her 56th birthday.
