Swamy seeks Chidambaram's prosecution in 2G case

The Supreme Court will resume its hearing on the 2G spectrum case today. Subramanian Swamy is seeking Chidambaram's prosecution in the case. In a series of twists and turns in the case, CBI had ruled out the Home Minister's prosecution. A Raja added yet another twist by opposing the extension of the probe to include Chidambaram's role stating this would delay his bail. The Centre doesn't want any further monitoring of the probe by the Supreme Court as it feels the trial court should be the one to do it.
