Just a month ago in June, one of 26/11's main masterminds, Ilyas Kashmiri had been declared dead, killed in a US drone attack in South Waziristan. However a prominent Pakistani newspaper declared that Kashmiri was very much alive and active on the Afghanistan-Pakistan border.
