Top Cops Interfered Statement Recording, CM to Probe

In a development linked with investigations on Delhi gangrape case... The magistrate who recorded the gang rape survivor's statement has written a letter to Delhi C.M Shiela Dikshit saying top cops interfered with the crucial process of recording the statement. Sheila Dikshit has reportedly forwarded the letter to Primie Minister and Home Minister asking for independent inquiry into magistrate's allegation.The complaint was filed by the SDM of Vivek Vihar, Usha Chaturvedi, who recorded the para medical student's statement in Safdarjung hospital on Friday.
