My First Vote: ‘Must reduce traffic congestion in Delhi,’ says Latika

Nearly 18 million people between 18 and 23 are estimated to cast their ballot for the first time in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls. Hindustan Times’ My First Vote campaign aims to reach out to young, first time voters to understand what they want, and what issues matter most to them. 21-years-old Latika believes that leaders must work towards ensuring a safer society for women and work towards reducing traffic congestion in the national capital.
