"We used David's services to inspect two properties, both of which we ended up walking away from. Prima facie, the properties did not appear to have any big issues but thanks to some fantastic and meticulous work by David, we uncovered serious issues which could have ended up costing us tens of thousands in repairs. David is very professional, courteous, punctual and detail oriented in his work. We will make it a point to ask for David any time we need an inspection to be conducted. Strongly recommend David!"
